In a few days, Michael will be arriving, which means today feels like the right day to start tidying up the house: procrastinated enough that there’s a sense of pressure, and enough that things won’t have time to get messed up before his arrival!

I think Terran mentioned last night that today is when he leaves for his train ride here - something he’s never done, and I’m excited for him! I’ve never done a legit long train ride in the US, despite some riding on cars around Appalachia, and my experience about train riding in Europe is out-dated, so I’m curious to hear what it’s like! I’m assuming it’s Amtrak he’s using, but I don’t know!

Leaving this babble open for now, to take notes on anything about cleaning I wanna make sure I get noted, since I don’t have a better flow for such things right now.
