Babble, 2025-09-02 08:59 – on centering the making of dirt
I was reading my writing, specifically “Letter to the Web, 2023-10-31: Fall Arrives”, and was struck by remembering how central making dirt used to be to my praxis, and I'm introspecting on how that came to change.
With very little thought I can remember how I got there - not just related to climate breakdown or LandBack, but cultivating relationality: making dirt is good because it helps relations relate.
And, I'm proud of myself for babbling this little babble, because it isn't important or urgent, and I had to stop writing another babble to do it - but that's exactly the sort of thing I want to do with GnoponEmacs.
