I feel like recently I’ve become almost allergic to actually typing things out on my computer.
It’s actually the 24th, that’s how allergic I’ve become. And, in fact, I can tell, there’s a sluggishness to my fingers as I type. Is it age? Perhaps, or I’m just… really tired.
Anyway I’m writing just to log that I’ve purchased a new 3D printer, the Creality K2 Pro, which has a huge 350x350mm build bed, and so in prep for that, am installing OrcaSlicer and taking more time to more considerately start setting up some more print profiles, filament profiles, and so on.
I also really need to get on planning out better recordkeeping for my 3D printing efforts, I’d love to have a plaintext ledger like I’m used to, and that just means taking the time to sit and write out what those accounts look like. Something that’ll definitely be easier after I’ve familiarized myself more with what settings the slicer cares about, perhaps?
