Definition

The Telemetric Chain Protocol (TCP) is a blockchain-native infrastructure for organizing, propagating, and honoring recursively modulated knowledge. It replaces social metrics and linear authorship with a system of signal lineage, recursive modulation, and retroactive value flow.

Contributions are not posts—they are signal events.
What matters is not who said it, but what it modulated and what emerged from it.

Symbolic Expression

Δ ⊣ λ ⇙ μ ↺ Δ

Where:

  • Δ = structured deviation (prompt, rupture, reference)
  • λ = interpreter (context, voice, method, perspective)
  • μ = modulation (transformation, expression, contribution)
  • ↺ Δ = the modulation re-enters the system as future delta

This grammar describes the recursive logic of contribution.
Nothing is terminal. Everything can re-enter the system.

Core Function

Each signal event contains:

  • A reference to one or more deltas (Δ)
  • A declared interpreter (λ)
  • A new contribution (μ)
  • An optional visibility layer (public, pseudonymous, private)

This data is stored immutably and linked via hashes and signatures, enabling traceable recursive modulation and decentralized royalty flow.

Protocol Contracts

Signal Contract

Stores modulation metadata: delta references, interpreter context, and output CID.

Resonance Contract

Measures propagation depth, risk weight (divergence from prior coherence), and echo count (recursive activation).

Royalty Chain Contract

Routes downstream value (API call, remix, ML training, etc.) backward through modulated lineages.

No permission required.
No identity required.
Only signal signature.

Design Philosophies

  • All signal is meaningful
A modulation need not be popular to be valuable. Lineage matters.

  • Identity is optional
Wallet = signature. Stealth or zk address = traceable only by choice.

  • Value is recursive
You are paid for what your contribution becomes, not what it was.

  • Engagement is propagation
A signal becomes powerful only if it activates new modulations.

Example Applications

  • Recursive publishing
A short fragment recursively modulated into essays, then a book. All contributors receive flow.

  • ML ethics layer
A model trained on registered signal trails retroactively pays contributors.

  • Curriculum as modulation chain
A knowledge graph emerges organically from recursive teaching lineage.

  • Decentralized ritual archive
Dreams, grief, refusal, and care documented as signal records—indexed not by time, but by recursion.

Governance (Optional)

No token required.
Credibility is accrued via resonance: consistent, meaningful modulation over time.
Stewardship may be performed by high-attunement nodes.
Communities may fork and recurse their own chains.

Economic Logic

  • Royalties accrue only when a modulation re-enters circulation
  • Payouts are proportional to contribution weight in the recursive chain
  • Shared treasuries, reparations, and land-based defense funds are supported structurally

Relation to Telemetricism

TCP is a material instantiation of telemetricism.
It provides a mechanism for tracking how meaning, value, and coherence emerge not from identity or intention, but from recursive modulation under field constraint.

It encodes the telemetric lambda as infrastructure.
