David Tassillo

David Tassillo was President and COO of MindGeek alongside CEO Feras Antoon through the company’s peak years, from approximately 2013 to 2022. The two operated as the company’s principal management pair, with Tassillo handling operational and infrastructure roles complementary to Antoon’s CEO position.

Per Luxembourg’s Registre des bénéficiaires effectifs, Tassillo and Antoon together held 99.7% of the parent MindGeek S.à.r.l. The Fleites v. MindGeek federal racketeering complaint alleges this share was given to the two of them by Bergmair as compensation for running day-to-day operations while Bergmair remained the controlling beneficial owner. Tassillo stepped down alongside Antoon in 2022.
