An Edge is a relational binding that links Nodes together within a Network, typically realized as a tension composite.
An Edge connects two Nodes at a shared reflexive depth, forming the structural framework of a Network. Edges are not abstract connectors imposed from outside — they are realized as tension composites: actual relational structures held in Tension that bind one unit to another.
Node/edge role invariance ensures that Edges maintain their function as bindings (distinct from Nodes as positional elements) under reflexive and meta-reflexive deepening.
