Relation is a condition: Inclusion and Exclusion coherently maintained.
Given that the act of Relating is determined by how it engages and sustains Inclusion and Exclusion within a unified coherence, it cannot not derive a dynamic of relation: the condition of Relation. Relation is the stabilized condition in which Inclusion and Exclusion are coherently maintained — what Relating establishes and sustains.
The distinction between Relating and Relation mirrors the earlier distinction between Including/Excluding (acts) and Inclusion/Exclusion (conditions). Acts happen; conditions hold. Relating happens; Relation holds.
Relation induces Positional Invariance: within any relational structure, no matter how deep Reflexive Sequence takes it, Inclusion and Exclusion remain distinct and ordered. The inside stays inside; the outside stays outside. This is not an additional assumption — it follows from what Relation is. If Inclusion and Exclusion could swap or blur through deepening, the relation would not be coherently maintained, and Relation would not hold.
